When my husband Richard and I were dating (30+ years ago), "our" song was MOON RIVER sung by Andy Williams. We were poor college students and deeply in ove. One fall afternoon we went hiking in a beautiful mountain woods on the edge of a river.He excused himself for a few minutes and when he returned I was led to the riverbank where he romatically knelt on one knee and proposed. The moment I answered "yes!", he opened his shirt...pulled out a MoonPie, tossed it in the river, and began singing "MoonPie River".
